Questions About Our Programs?
Find answers about our wellness classes, workshops, and community activities for the 40-60 age group.
All our classes are designed with modifications so you can work at your own pace. Whether you're returning to exercise after years away or already active, our instructors will show you how to adjust movements for your fitness level. We recommend starting with a gentle class and trying a session before committing—most people find their sweet spot within the first class or two.
Our workshops cover practical stability exercises you can do at home, strategies for moving safely in different environments, and ways to identify fall hazards in your living space. We also discuss footwear choices and when to use assistive equipment. Each 90-minute session includes hands-on practice so you'll leave feeling more confident.
Not at all. Our nutrition seminars focus on realistic, sustainable changes—not drastic overhauls. We talk about how to read labels, make swaps in foods you already enjoy, and understand what your body actually needs at this stage of life. Most people find they can improve their nutrition without giving up the foods they love.
Our social wellness groups meet twice monthly at various times and locations across the US. Some are coffee meetups, others are group walks or game nights—it depends on what your local community organizes. You'll find the full schedule for your area when you sign up, and you can attend as many or as few as you'd like.
Tell us about your injury or condition when you sign up, and we'll make sure our instructors know before your first class. We're trained to work around common issues like arthritis, shoulder problems, and lower back pain. If you need something more specialized, we can connect you with resources or suggest which programs are the best fit for you.
Yes. Your first class is free—no strings attached. This gives you a chance to meet the instructor, see the space, and get a real feel for whether it's a good fit. Many people come in skeptical and leave excited about being part of the group.
