Why We Started unioncroft.org LLC

We noticed a gap in wellness programming. Most fitness services don't speak to the real needs of the 40-60 crowd — people who care about mobility, confidence, and staying independent. That's where we come in. We're not pushing extreme fitness. We're building sustainable health habits that actually stick.

What Makes Our Programs Different

We've been running classes since 2018, and we've learned what actually works. Our instructors aren't just certified — they understand the specific challenges of balance, joint health, and building confidence after setbacks. We keep groups small so everyone gets attention.

You'll find us offering gentle exercise classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, balance and fall prevention workshops twice monthly, nutrition seminars covering real eating habits for active adults, and social wellness meetups that build genuine friendships. It's not just exercise — it's community.

Plus, we're realistic about progression. Some people are coming back from injury. Others haven't exercised regularly in years. We don't judge. We meet you where you are and help you move forward safely.
