Springdale Community Center Movement Program

Developed and led a 16-week gentle exercise curriculum for 28 participants ages 48-64. Classes focused on functional fitness, flexibility, and strength building with modifications for all fitness levels. Participants reported 35% improvement in daily mobility and confidence.
